So Buck is well under way. I always start with the face. Actually with the eyes, and work out. I know that there are all kinds of thoughts on how to best paint a portrait, but this is how I do it. I can already see some things that need tweaking. Buck looks like he is rolling his eyes, and his chin/neck area need a lot more work. His mouth also is not complete. But it's a good start.

Buck: Post 3
